I think we’ve already met, in the last century, in a pub where he was playing, but if we haven’t, there is no urgency. We will both come and go, and sometimes see eachother, and sometimes not. But whatever happens, I will see him first.

Last time, I said I wanted to be Peter Tork to his Mike Nesmith. But, I have learnt, he is Micky Dolenz. No matter; close enough.

I’m a little bit in awe of WooWinter but this increases my curiousity. It’s those magnificent W’s, straddling the divide between academia and bohemia, and her coolly poised ikon. She seems eminently comfortable, unshockable, unshakeable, and she exercises a powerful gravitational pull. I am easily drawn in to her orbit…....
